AI Content Disclosure

Everything MakeAIVideo generates is AI-generated
MakeAIVideo uses large AI models to produce scripts, voices, character animations, and backgrounds. Voices are synthesized, not recorded by humans. Faces in talking-head videos are driven by AI lip-sync. Scene visuals are generated by image and video models. Music is either library-licensed or AI-composed.
Providers we use
- FAL: image and video generation (Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, Sync Lipsync, and related models)
- ElevenLabs: voice synthesis and voice cloning
- OpenAI / Anthropic: script generation and content safety
Your obligations when publishing
Platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube require you to label synthetic or AI-generated content. You are responsible for enabling their AI-content toggle when uploading MakeAIVideo output. In the EU, the AI Act requires visible labeling of deepfakes and synthetic media presented as real. In the US, several states have enacted similar rules, especially for political content.
What we do automatically
- Every exported MP4 includes C2PA provenance metadata identifying it as AI-generated by MakeAIVideo.
- We refuse generation requests that appear to target real, named individuals in a deceptive context.
- We prohibit generation of sexual content involving minors, content inciting violence, or content impersonating public figures in political contexts.
What we do not do
- We do not train models on your content without explicit consent.
- We do not claim your uploaded reference images or voice samples as ours.
