TikTok's AI label
TikTok can label AI content automatically when it carries Content Credentials (C2PA). MakeAIVideo exports do not carry them, so the label is yours to add. It takes one switch or one line of caption.
TikTok requires a label on AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio or video, and encourages one on anything completely generated or significantly edited by AI (TikTok: About AI-generated content). An AI talking avatar presenter, an AI character swap and realistic AI scenes all count.
In the TikTok app, tap Add post, upload the video, tap Next, then More options, and turn on the AI-generated content setting. TikTok also accepts disclosure written into the post itself, as text, a hashtag sticker or context in the description.
The MakeAIVideo post dialog has no switch for TikTok's label, so say it in the caption you post (for example, 'Made with AI'), or download the video and upload it in the TikTok app with the setting on.
TikTok says turning on the AI-generated content setting won't affect a video's distribution as long as it follows the Community Guidelines. Unlabeled realistic AI content can be removed.

Best practices
Lead with the angle, not the topic. 'A 30-second POV about why TikTok pays less than YouTube' beats 'a video about creator pay' every time, because the TikTok script inherits the angle from your line.
Captions and framing are tuned to the safe area for the ratio you choose. Switching a 16:9 render to vertical means exporting again, and visuals framed for wide can lose what mattered.
